Planning

Design
Our in-house R&D center specialists perform 3D modeling, circuit design, and structural analysis. We pursue optimal design that simultaneously considers both manufacturability and quality.
STEP 03
Tooling
We fabricate precision molds in-house based on design drawings. By internalizing mold design, machining, and verification, we dramatically reduce prototyping lead times.
STEP 04
Parts Manufacturing
We produce core components in-house through injection molding and press processing. By minimizing reliance on external suppliers, we directly control component quality and supply stability.
STEP 05
Surface Treatment
We have internalized all surface treatment processes including painting, laser marking, and pad printing. Our automated painting line delivers uniform quality and excellent surface finish.
STEP 06
SMT & Assembly
Our in-house SMT line performs PCB mounting through post-assembly in a single integrated process. Advanced high-density mounting technology and automatic inspection systems minimize defect rates.
STEP 07
Final Assembly
This is the final assembly stage where all components and processes are integrated into one cohesive unit. Systematic process management and in-line quality inspections produce finished products of exceptional quality.
STEP 08
Testing & Evaluation
We conduct reliability testing in the development phase and routine production evaluation in-house. Products undergo rigorous verification including environmental testing, durability testing, and electrical performance evaluation before shipment.
